In a local parent magazine I stumbled over this blog by a young mum that gives instructions on how to make bento boxes.
Bento box is basically the Japanese lunch box but think less soggy cheese sandwich and more eatable art.
Obviously I think it´s insane that anyone would find the time to make these but I am big fan of anyone who makes an effort to get kids interested in good food.
With this blog as a guide I´m sure that eating these creations will be almost just as much fun as preparing them.
I am definitely inspired.
