Rant

Aurora has a day sister (Noemi) and when she arrived this morning her mum was quite upset (considering the day hadn´t been very long yet). 

An older lady at the tram stop had come up to her and complained about the way she had dressed Noemi. She kept rubbing Noemis´ feed and asking "aren´t you cold? aren´t you cold?". She also asked if she didn´t have anything else to wear and if she could walk already then - she suggested - she could at least walk a few steps to keep the circulation going.

I´m not going to deny that it was cold today but:

1. Noemi is 1 year old - no she is not going to answer you when you as her a question especially not since you are a complete stranger

2. don´t ever touch other peoples children

3. No she can´t walk yet and no it would not help her circulation if she took a few steps on a layer of snow so thick that it reaches her knees

4. They life right next to the tram stop and I live right next to the tram stop yet you make a scene as if she was wearing a T-Shirt and shorts and they had spend the day on a blanket in the park

5. (and this is the most important one!) mind your own business! It´s funny how women of your generation have an opinion about how to do things better for every young mother that passes you on the street (yes I´ve gotten a selection of comments from random ladies myself already) yet in your time it was in fashion to let a baby cry itself to sleep so that it wouldn´t get spoiled and you were considered a hippie if you didn´t hit your child once in a while to let them know who is boss.
